Recipe. Red Bell Peppers
1/2 Red Bell Pepper

Enriched in Vitamin C, you can incorporate this on top of a salad, in your spaghetti sauce, or simply on a pizza. Try to add 1/2 cup daily to get your daily dose. A "Natural" Botox, this will help to prevent wrinkles and provide a shield of protection for your skin from the harsh elements of the environment. Enjoy!

 Recipe. Sauteed Collard Greens
1/2 Cup Cooked (Once A Week)
Garlic
Olive Oil

Vitamin A is a natural way to exfoliate the skin and to get rid of acne. Collard Greens are filled with Vitamin A, a key acne reducer. Simply saute in a pan with garlic and olive oil to get your weekly dose.

Recipe. Grilled Salmon
1-2 Fillets (Per Week)
Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper

Filled with Omega-3 fatty acids, incorporating salmon into your diet will naturally hydrate your skin and help get rid of wrinkles and acne flare-ups. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Recipe. Brown Sugar & Honey Body Scrub
1 Cup Brown Sugar (Softer Exfoliation)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (Brightening)
2 Tbsp. Honey (Hydration)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil (Hydration)
2 Vitamin E Capsules (Hydration)
1 Glass Jar (to store the remaining scrub)

Mix all the contents together and place in a glass jar. If you only want to mix enough for one treatment, simply half the recipe. You may begin applying the scrub on either dry or damp skin. Apply the scrub in the shower by using circular motions, paying close attention to your knees, elbows, and heels. Turn on the shower and rinse off. Once removed, you can now add your moisturizing cream or your Shea Butter. Your skin will be glowing, smooth, and super hydrated. You can do this up to twice weekly. If you've had dry skin, you will notice by exfoliating once a week, your body creams will be able to penetrate deeper, which will give you the hydration you've been missing. This scrub will improve your overall circulation, detoxify, and exfoliate all those dead skin cells that have been keeping your skin dull. Thanks to one of my best friend's esthetician's in Philadelphia for sharing the beauty secret on such a great scrub. Enjoy your newly revealed skin! Love to hear how it goes.
